Khare vange is an easy and simple recipe. This can be a good alternative for your regular bharali vangi recipe. This is a good lunch box option too. If you stuff vangi a night before then you can make these in a jiffy. Do try this delicious recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.

• 1/2 cup shredded dry Coconut
• 1/4 cup roasted and peeled Peanuts
• 1 tsp Cumin seeds
• 7~8 Garlic cloves
• 5~6 Green chilies
• Coriander leaves
• Salt to taste
• 2 tsp Oil
• Bringles
• 2 tsp Oil

• Take dry coconut into a blender jar.
• Add roasted peanuts, cumin seeds, garlic cloves, green chilies,
coriander leaves and blend everything into fine paste.
• Do not use water while blending or if required use just 1-2 tsp.
• After blending for a few seconds mix it well and add salt.
• Blend well again and vatan is already.
• Wash and dry vangi really good.
• Cut off the stalks and but the vangi across like we cut for bharali
• Stuff the vatan really good in each vange.
• Heat up oil in a pan.
• Add stuffed vangi and roll them once in oil.
• Cover and cook on low to medium heat for about 2-3 minutes.
• Remove the lid and mix once.
• Again cover and steam for another 3-4 minutes.
• Do not any water. Cook these vangi on steam.
• Repeat the process until vangi gets cooked.
• When vangi are almost cooked for about 8-10 add leftover vatan
and mix well.
• Cover and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
• Khara vanga is already.
• This goes well with chapatti or with varan bhat as a side dish.
