Tips:
• Borrow or rent big utensils.
• For making koshimbir cut the veggies previous night and transfer
them into freeze. Add red chili powder, salt and sugar and beat it
well. Transfer the curd into freeze.
• For making dal, wash it well and soak overnight. This will help to
cook the dal in just 2 whistles. Divide the dal into 2 separate
cookers and then cook. Also do all the preparation for fodanicha
varan a night before.
• For making sabzi keep masala ready a night before and store it in
freeze. Blend and fry masala, let it cool down and then store it in
freeze. Also cut the veggies night before.
• Next day while making sabzi fry the masala for about 3-4 minutes
after adding required masale. When the fried masala began to
release oil, add chopped veggies and cook them.
• Also cook rice in 3-4 different cookers.
