Tandul papadya is a summer special valvan recipe. We already have seen traditional tandul papadya recipe. But this is the instant version. This is a very easy method and quick to make and taste just nice. You can try these papadya at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• 5 cups Water
• 1/2 tsp Papad khar
• 1/2 cup Rice flour

Method:
• In a pan take water and add papad khar.
• Mix well and let the papad khar dissolve.
• Add rice flour and mix well.
• If you add rice flour in hot water there are chances that lumps will
be formed.
• So mix the flour well in cold water and then heat up the water.
• You can add salt to taste if you want.
• But papad khar contains salt so no need to add salt separately.
• When rice flour mixes well with water, turn on the gas and cook
the mixture until it turns transparent or it gets glaze.
• Keep on stirring continuously while cooking.
• So that the flour won’t stick to the base and no lumps will be
formed.
• After cooking the mixture on medium heat for about 10 minutes,
the mixture gets nice glaze & it thickens up really good.
• You can add cumin seeds, green chili paste in the mixture at this
stage according to your taste.
• You can make papad on plastic sheet or you can use steel plate
too.
• Just grease the plate well with oil.
• Place ladle full mixture and spread it well on the plastic sheet.
• Make papad quickly while the mixture is nice and hot so that you
can make thin and even papad.
• After drying papad under hot sun for about 4-5 hours flip them
over.
• Flip the papad over when a little wet.
• If the papad dry completely you won’t be able to flip them over.
• After flipping over dry the papad under hot sun or in shadow for a
day or two.
• When papad dry completely you can store them in air tight
container.
• You can make about 40-45 papad from 1/2 cup rice flour.
