Bajaricha thepla is a very easy and simple recipe. It is healthy too as you can add veggies of your choice. Bajra is also healthy specially in winters. This can be a good breakfast or evening snack recipe. Do try this recipe and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and comment.

• 2 cups Bajra flour
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp Ajwain / Carom seeds
• Salt to taste
• Ginger-Garlic-Green chili paste (4~5 Green chilies, 7~8 Garlic
cloves & about 1” Ginger)
• 1/4 cup finely chopped Coriander leaves
• 1/2 cup finely chopped Spinach
• 1/2 cup finely chopped Fenugreek
• 1/2 cup Curd
• Water
• Sesame seeds
• Ghee

• Take bajra flour in a bowl.
• Add turmeric powder, ajwain, salt, ginger-garlic-green chili paste
and mix well.
• Crush ajwain in your palms and add.
• Add coriander leaves, spinach, fenugreek and mix well.
• Add curd and mix well.
• Add a little water at a time and knead dough.
• Knead the dough really good as you knead for bhakati.
• Take a small ball of dough and knead it really good for about 2-3
• You can add a little water if needed.
• The dough should be nice and soft.
• Knead the dough before making each dhebra.
• Either you can roll thepla on a clean cloth like thalipeeth or roll on
your hand.
• Sprinkle sesame seeds on both sides.
• Heat up a pan on medium heat.
• Spread ghee and transfer the thepla on it.
• Roast until it gets nice, even reddish color from lower side.
• Spread some ghee on upper side and flip thepla over.
• Roast it well from other side and transfer it into a plate.
• Bajaricha thepla is already.
• You can have it with chutney or curd.
